Behind the town hall in Saint-Nectaire-le-Haut, Les Epicurieuz has combined a delicatessen, tea room and bar since 2019. On the shelves: AOP Auvergne cheeses (Saint-Nectaire, Cantal, Salers, Fourme d'Ambert), charcuterie from the Cantal, an organic bulk grocery, GAÏA beers from Picherande and teas and herbal teas from Maison Georges Cannon.
On the plate, it stays simple: charcuterie and cheese boards, croq'locaux, soups or salads depending on the season. You settle in near the stove in winter, or on the terrace of a little traffic-free lane, with a view of the Romanesque church.
Good to know: you'll also find second-hand books, antique tableware, a bread collection point and stamps. Dogs are accepted inside and out.
