La Burande has two rooms, one of them a family suite, in a country house at Le Cloux, a hamlet of La Tour-d'Auvergne, on the western flank of the Puy de Sancy. You are in the Sancy away from the resorts, half an hour's drive from Le Mont-Dore.
The table d'hôtes (the evening meal at the hosts' table) is served every evening, by reservation.
In 2026, allow €98 a night for two, breakfast included, and €30 for the evening meal.

Top tip
Book the table d'hôtes along with the room. Combine it with the Gour des Chevaux waterfall, a few kilometres away, or with the Sancy from Le Mont-Dore. Only two rooms: book early for summer.
