Le Garrison is the brasserie in the centre of La Bourboule, on boulevard Georges Clemenceau. On the menu: meat dishes, salads, and two specialities in the spotlight, truffade (sliced potatoes with melted cheese) and burgers.
Le Garrison also has a bar and serves ice creams, with a shaded terrace for a break. Children have their own menu, high chairs are available, and pets are allowed.
We suggest keeping it in mind when you come out of the thermal baths, less than 500 m away. Le Garrison closes at 20:30 from Tuesday to Saturday, at 14:30 on Sunday, and stays closed on Monday (2026 hours). You can book online or order takeaway.

Top tip
The shuttle stops less than 100 m from the brasserie: handy if you are staying outside the centre and would rather leave the car behind.
