Historic thermal centre of La Bourboule (Sancy), first treatments as early as 1877. Paediatric specialisation (asthma, allergies, respiratory tract), one of the few French spa towns designed with children in mind. The thermal spa, the Expérience thermale, is open to everyone with no cure or medical prescription: two balneotherapy options in 2026, €70 (vitality, 1 hour) and €90 (serenity, 1 hour 30), by reservation, in season, with no treatments on Sunday (the establishment is open from 6 April to 31 October in 2026).
