On the Place de la Basilique in Orcival, La Pachade is the bistronomic restaurant taken over by Sébastien Bony, a farmhouse Saint-Nectaire producer in the village. He runs the project with his wife Yvonne, his brother-in-law Nicolas and two friends, Laure and Philippe. Their approach: from meadow to plate.
The dining room was conceived by the architect Hervé Porte: Volvic stone, solid wood, exposed beams and a fireplace. From the main room, you can see the chef working in his open kitchen. There is also a second room upstairs and a terrace looking onto the basilica.
We advise booking, as places are limited. Service is at lunchtime from Thursday to Sunday, plus Saturday evening (2026 hours).

Top tip
When the weather's good, ask for the terrace: it looks onto the basilica of Orcival.

- Book: places are limited.
- Lunch service from Thursday to Sunday from 12:00 to 14:00, and Saturday evening from 19:00 to 21:00 (2026 hours).
- For a group or an event, the restaurant offers a cocktail dinner buffet or an all-inclusive menu, priced on quotation.
- La Ferme Le Roc, in Orcival, linked to the restaurant, has a shop selling Auvergne cheeses (Saint-Nectaire, Cantal, Salers…) open every day from 11:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00 (2026 hours).
