Les Chalets du Sancy is an estate of chalets set at 1,000 m above sea level, between Super-Besse and Le Mont-Dore. You're deep in the mountains, in a wooded, peaceful setting, facing due south.
Each chalet sleeps up to 6 people, on 54 to 70 m², with all mod cons and extended by a large terrace. From there, the view opens onto Lac Chambon and the Vallée de Chaudefour nature reserve.
What we like: you set off hiking from the doorstep. The estate is the starting point for many trails.
Guests are welcome all year round: it works for a summer of hiking as well as for winter near the ski resorts.
