A waterfall beside the D637, between Lac Chambon and the Chaudefour valley. You park nearby, take a look, and move on.
On the road to the Chaudefour valley, a trickle of water tumbles through the greenery beside the D637. The Cascade de la Voissière asks little of you: you can see it from the road, just after the hamlet of the same name.
The stream rises near Chambon-des-Neiges, then joins the Couze de Chaudefour, which runs on towards Lac Chambon. There is a car park nearby.
To get closer to the foot of the waterfall, a small path goes down towards the Couze, fairly narrow and covered by vegetation: wear closed shoes. Go in spring or after rain, when the flow picks up.

Top tip
Combine it with the Chaudefour valley: the D637 runs on to the nature reserve. Stop on the way there, the waterfall can be seen from the road, on the right after the hamlet, and there is a car park nearby.
