In Riom, on rue Les Courtils, L'Envolée is the restaurant of the ESAT of the same name (a supported-employment workplace), run by the association AGD le Viaduc. In the kitchen and in the dining room, it is professionals with disabilities who prepare and serve your plates.
On the autumn 2026 menu, you'll find the Auvergne menhir (a chicken fillet stuffed with bleu d'Auvergne, tarragon sauce), a foie gras log with Birlou, and for dessert a roasted fig with chestnut and Birlou. There's also a cheese trolley, for those who have kept some room.
From Tuesday to Friday lunchtime, the set menu of the day with starter, main and dessert is €22.50 (price displayed in 2026). In the evening, the restaurant opens on Friday and Saturday (2026 opening times). In a hurry? The ESAT's self-service restaurant serves a menu renewed every day, Monday to Friday lunchtime (2026 opening times).
