The Sailhant waterfall, or Babory, at Andelat near Saint-Flour: a 500 m walk from the car park to a fall into a deep pool of dark water, close to the Château du Sailhant.

On the Saint-Flour planèze (lava plateau), in the commune of Andelat, the Sailhant waterfall, or Babory, plunges into a deep pool of calm, dark water. It flows very close to the Château du Sailhant, built on a basalt spur, a few kilometres from Saint-Flour. Access by a path from the car park, a 500 m walk. Open-access, free site, all year round. The castle itself cannot be visited.
