Here, a whole complex was carved into the cliff in the medieval period: a castle, a chapel with 11th-century frescoes and a bakery with its bread oven. You explore it on a self-guided visit, except on days with a themed medieval tour, offered on certain dates. Expect about 500 steps: bring good shoes, and leave the pushchair in the car, as the site is not pushchair-accessible.
