An hour on a trampoline sounds simple, but it clears your head and properly tires the children out. Around Clermont, it's a rainy-day spot to keep in mind when outdoors isn't an option.
The trampoline park in Aubière, on the edge of Clermont-Ferrand: jump, play basketball or volleyball mid-bounce and let off steam, especially on a rainy day.
The Jump is the trampoline park at the Laser Jump and Games centre, in the Cap Sud zone, rue de l'Industrie in Aubière. 700 m² of covered, air-conditioned trampolines, six built-in games (basketball, volleyball, reflex challenges), and an hour that flies by. It's the kind of place to keep up your sleeve when it's raining and the children are going round in circles at home. Open from age 6. Outside the school holidays, the park opens at 17:00 from Tuesday to Friday (14:00 on Wednesday) and from 10:00 on Saturday and Sunday, closed on Monday; during the holidays, it opens every day from 14:00 (2026 hours). In 2026, allow €7 for half an hour and €12 for an hour, plus €2 for the compulsory non-slip socks (a one-off purchase). Birthday, family outing or evening with friends: the idea stays the same, bounce until you can't stand up.

Top tip
Outside the school holidays, aim for Saturday or Sunday morning: the park opens at 10:00. During the holidays it only opens at 14:00, but every day, Monday included (2026 hours).

- Booking is strongly recommended, online or by phone, especially at weekends and during the school holidays.
- In a business park in Aubière, right next to Clermont-Ferrand. Access by bus (line 21, Chazots stop) or by tram (Lycée Lafayette stop).
- Open from age 6. Children and teenagers jump, play basketball or volleyball on the trampolines and come out worn out. Sportswear requested, non-slip socks compulsory.
- Outside the holidays, on weekdays: 17:00 to 21:00, and from 14:00 on Wednesday (2026).
- During the school holidays, open every day from 14:00 (2026).
