A matured-meat restaurant on Avenue des Célestins in Vichy. The speciality is rib of beef, entrecôte and onglet from French breeds (Salers, Limousine, Charolaise), matured in-house for 30 to 60 days. Home-made chips, a short but carefully chosen wine list. Expect €28-45 a dish depending on the meat. Modern dining room seating around thirty, terrace in season. Booking advised, especially at weekends.

Top tip
Book for Saturday evening: it's booked up within 2 weeks. Ask for the cuts of the day: the chef rotates them. As for wine, the list is short but the pairings with the meat are well thought out: let yourself be guided.
