Bistrot in Vichy, in the Casino district. Everything is homemade, prepared on site every day, around the great French classics: eggs mimosa, beef tartare, profiteroles. Auvergne cheeses on the menu, and a wine cellar that covers the whole of France, Auvergne and Saint-Pourçain included. In 2026, allow €3.10 to €7.90 for a starter and €10.80 to €17.70 for a main. Service at lunch and dinner, in a former Vichy hotel with 130 years of history behind it, with a terrace open all year.
