Camping Beaurivage

Bellerive-sur-Allier, left bank: you pitch your tent or settle into a mobile home right opposite Vichy, with the Allier between the two. That's the whole idea of Beaurivage. A 4-star campsite five minutes by car from the thermal centre, or a bike ride along the greenway that follows the river.

The big thing is water. A covered, heated spa area for days when the weather can't make up its mind (adults only in high season, except from 10:00 to 12:00), and outside, in July and August only, a water park with a heated 200 m² pool, four slides and a Splash Park for the little ones. Enough to keep the children busy all day. As for accommodation, pitches for tents and caravans by the water, and mobile homes for 2 to 8 people depending on the comfort level.

On site: bar, restaurant and pizzeria in high season, a small grocery corner at reception, dogs accepted for a supplement, one mobile home adapted for people with reduced mobility. In 2026, the campsite is open from April to 4 October, and a pitch starts at €12, plus €6 to €8 per adult and €5 for electricity per day, tourist tax not included.

Our take, frankly: it's the smart base camp for doing Vichy without paying for a hotel. You leave the car, you ride to the thermal park by bike along the greenway, and in the evening you hear the Allier flowing past behind the canvas.
