Near Jaude, a couple who spent time in England serve English breakfast, a crumpet brunch and fish and chips, all homemade.

Le 31 is Valérie and Cédric's project. They met at hospitality school, then lived in England, and it shows on the plate: English breakfast, haddock fish and chips with mushy peas, burgers with plain or spicy English cheddar.

The name? A nod to Stade Toulousain, Valérie's passion. The menu states that every dish is homemade, with French meat and free-range eggs. The sandwich bread and burger buns come from an artisan baker, N. Servaire.

For a brunch, we recommend the €25 set menu (in 2026): two crumpets, three toppings of your choice, a dessert, a hot drink and a freshly squeezed juice. At lunchtime on weekdays, a set menu follows the season (in 2026).

Top tip

The kitchen closes an hour before the dining room: 13:30 on weekdays, 14:00 on Saturday and Sunday (2026 hours). If you're after the fish and chips, don't dawdle.
