Bistrot-restaurant on Place Philippe Marcombes, a stone's throw from the town hall of Clermont-Ferrand. Blue façade, lots of wood inside, a dining room that stays warm even when it's full. In the kitchen, Maxence Larivière takes the great French classics and brings them up to date, everything is homemade, and the restaurant won the 2026 Bib Gourmand. In 2026, the lunch menu (starter, main, dessert) is €23 and the evening menu €40; à la carte, allow €14.50 to €18 for a starter and €27 to €36 for a main. A carefully chosen wine list, which is the least you'd expect from a restaurant named after a grape variety. Open at lunch Wednesday to Saturday, and in the evening Tuesday to Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday.
