Restaurant and wine cellar on Rue Nestor Perret in Clermont-Ferrand, right in the centre. Short menu of market-fresh cooking, local produce reworked simply (leek tart, beef cheek, Cantal cheeses). Carefully chosen wine list (more than 600 wines, leaning towards Burgundy), generous pours by the glass. Main course €18 to €26, lunch set menu around €22. Terrace in season, intimate dining room. Open Tuesday to Saturday, lunch and dinner.

Ask the sommelier for advice on pairings. Order sharing plates as starters so you can taste more. Book for Saturday night, the dining room is intimate.
