Le Réveil des Volcans

Craft brewery set in Mur-sur-Allier, in the ZAC des Littes (a development zone), facing the Chaîne des Puys. The story begins in 2017 in a garage. The brewery produces three ranges on site: Auvernhata, brewed with malts and hops from the Puy-de-Dôme (white, blonde, amber, triple, IPA), BILLD, more adventurous (India Pale Lager, Japan Lager Sorachi, NEIPA), and the Monsieur Marcel lemonades. At the taproom, ten beers on draught all year, and every beer in the range in fresh bottles, to drink on site or take away. For nibbles, saucisson and artisan crisps. On Friday evenings, an Auvergne food truck comes by with burgers, galettes and wraps. And for a party, the brewery hires out beer dispensers with 30-litre kegs of white, blonde or amber.
