The La Vertueuse shop in Yssingeaux: organic beers brewed in the town, herbal and fruit liqueurs, pastis, artisan syrups and herbal teas.
La Vertueuse is the brand of Saveurs des Sucs, a business launched in March 2016 in Yssingeaux by four young entrepreneurs.
The shop on Rue du Docteur Pipet brings together their production: herbal liqueurs (verbena, gentian and orange, mint, génépi) and fruit liqueurs (raspberry, mandarin, lemon), a regional pastis, syrups and herbal teas.
There are also organic beers, brewed in their own brewery in Yssingeaux: white beer with verbena, IPA, amber, triple, chestnut. The herbs for the herbal teas are grown and picked by hand on their farm.
Enough to leave with a digestif or a few local beers.
