A proper outdoor kart track, set in the countryside of Bort-l'Étang, about thirty kilometres east of Clermont-Ferrand, out towards Lezoux.
There is a kart for everyone here: from the electric baby kart for children aged 3 and up to the Rotax 125s reserved for adult drivers, with several engine sizes in between depending on your age and height. Beginners start in a 160cc, and those who are more at ease move up to the 270, then the 390.
A session on the track lasts about ten minutes, and you can string several heats together over the day. The track also runs races (junior GP, team endurance races) and supervised driving courses. It's the kind of place you come to with a group, and leave with aching arms.

Top tip
The track is open mostly at weekends, on public holidays and during school holidays, and it closes in December and January. Check the schedule online and book before you make the trip, especially for the bigger engines, which require registration.

- A 10-minute leisure session from €15 in a 160cc, €21 in a 270cc, up to €42 in a Rotax 125. Electric baby kart at €5 for 5 minutes. Reduced rate for 3 sessions on the same day (for example €39 in a 160cc, €52 in a 270cc).
- Electric baby kart from age 3, 160cc kart from age 7 (1.30 m minimum), and a two-seater driven by an instructor for ages 4 to 13.
- Open from February to November, closed in December and January.
- Take several sessions: the 3rd heat of the day works out cheaper.
