A museum of Clermont Auvergne Métropole in Aubière (southern suburb of Clermont-Ferrand), on avenue Jean Noellet. Collections on the historic winegrowing of the Côtes d'Auvergne (an AOP vineyard, protected designation of origin, since 2011), old winemakers' tools, presses, large casks (foudres), period labels. Aubière was a major wine-growing town before the phylloxera crisis (late 19th century). Visit: 1 hour. Open to all. Open on Sunday, from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. The rest of the week, by appointment.
