The feel of the route

The high plateau of Champagnac-le-Vieux is forest country, perched on the foothills of the Forez. A favourable environment for wildlife, which finds a peaceful refuge there to hide. All along the route, the smells of the forest and its flora will make you want to put a foot down for a pause and a moment of meditation.
