The feel of the route

Rhinoceros head: Beneath the Souteyros waterfall (Saint-Front), a rhinoceros jaw was found in volcanic ash. The dating is thought to put it at between 3.6 and 6 million years. This fossil is kept at the Musée Crozatier in Le Puy-en-Velay.
