At lunchtime, the menu runs to a few starters, mains and desserts, with fresh cooking: salmon gravlax marinated for 48 hours, truffle omelette made with organic eggs, Vichy pastille crème brûlée (2026 menu).
In the afternoon, again in 2026, it's tearoom time: home-made pastries, home-made hot chocolate, Mariage Frères teas, juices and fruit pressed to order, artisan ice creams. When the weather is good, you have the home-made lemonade and the terrace.
