Around the Couzon valley (loop no. 8)

A very pretty, waymarked, varied circuit that alternates descents and climbs on paths with several technical sections (deep ruts, off-camber stretches, small stony patches). You should be particularly alert on the first descent between Les Ollières and the Pont du Mégain, especially if you have not had the chance to warm up a little beforehand.
