Delete my account

From the app (the easiest way)

Open the Travel in Auvergne app, go to Profile, then tap “Delete my account” at the bottom of the screen and confirm. Nothing else is needed.

By email

If you no longer have access to the app, write to us from the email address linked to your account at contact@travelinauvergne.fr with the subject line “Account deletion”. We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deletion permanently erases your account and all the personal data attached to it: profile, favourites and logbook, routes, check-ins and visits, posts and photos, reviews and votes, progress (altitude, levels, badges, streak), follows and notification preferences.

Timing and reversibility

The request triggers a 30-day grace period during which your account is deactivated and hidden from other members. You can cancel it by logging back in during that period. After 30 days, the data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.

Some data strictly required for our legal obligations (for example anonymised technical logs) may be kept for the time the law requires, with no link to your identity.
